Manufacturing Support – Millwork

The Manufacturing Support – Millwork plays a key role in supporting daily production operations at New England Caseworks. This position is responsible for the movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility, supporting cabinet assembly, managing inbound and outbound shipments, pulling and scanning orders, feeding production equipment, and assisting with the efficient flow of work on the shop floor. The General Laborer works closely with machine operators, assembly teams, and the shipping department to keep production on schedule and product moving out the door accurately and on time. This is a full-time hourly position reporting to the Production Manager. Hours are 7am to 3:30pm M-F.

Cabinet Maker/Bench Person

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet maker/Bench person. Candidates must have experience building commercial cabinetry in an automated wood and plastic laminate shop. Our environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail as well as offers the opportunity to work in a variety of roles and work collaboratively with experienced machine operators. This is a full-time, hourly position with standard hours 6am to 2:30pm M-F reporting to the Production Manager.

Machine Operator – Millwork

We are looking for an experienced Millwork Machine Operator for our commercial cabinet shop located in Woburn, MA. Our ideal candidate has experience in an automated shop and must be familiar with the machinery involved to manufacture casework such as: panel saw, edge bander, point to point, drilling and dowel machinery, case clamp, and various hand tools.

Candidates must have experience building commercial cabinetry in an automated wood and plastic laminate shop. This is a full-time, hourly position with standard hours 6am to 2:30pm M-F reporting to the Production Manager.
