Phenolic Resin Countertops
Phenolic resin countertops are available in 3/4″ and 1″ thickness in a variety of standard surface colors. This solid laminate is made from kraft paper saturated in phenolic resin, heated and compressed to form a panel.
Phenolic counter tops typically have a black core, but can be ordered in a color-through core from some manufacturers. Panel edges are machined with an 1/8” bevel and then polished, there is no applied edge and the core is visible.
Standard and chemical resistant grade finishes are available.
