Completed Project: University of Maryland Baltimore Pharmacy Hall. The university’s teaching facility mimics that of a retail pharmacy in order to educate future pharmacists. Custom plastic laminate dispensing cabinets and octagonal laminate tables with privacy dividers were provided, along with wood veneer cabinets for the research labs.

Completed Project: Green Willow Dental in South Hamilton, MA. Working directly with the DMD, NEC offered a cost saving solution using maple cabinets and solid surface work surfaces. Specialized details include extendable work tops, cutouts for dispensing gloves and work surface penetrations for waste disposal.

Completed Project: Harvard University Faculty Office. The Ivy League school requested FSC certified and NAUF wood veneer cabinets for a new faculty office suite, kitchenettes and conference rooms. NEC provided plain-sliced white Maple casework, markerboards, window sills and other architectural trim throughout the space.

Completed Project: St. John’s Prep STEM Building. Partnering with Flansburgh Architects and Windover Construction, NEC provided several configurations of student workstations built from plain-sliced White Oak. Sliding technology boards were integrated into the teaching wall hiding additional storage.

Completed Project: New England Lab Conference Center. Collaborating with the client, NEC provided textured woodgrain plastic laminate commercial cabinets with solid surface tops in the kitchenettes. Conference room cabinets, a lobby digital signage wall, and other millwork features showcase engineered Wenge veneer that provides consistent color and grain throughout the space.

Project Spotlight: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Urgent Care Facility in Chestnut Hill, MA. Working with designer Isgenuity and contractor Suffolk Construction, NEC provided plastic laminate casework and solid surface tops for the exam rooms, nurses’ stations, medicine prep rooms and check-in area.
